What does this mean for your budget?

On a contractually agreed fixed gross annual salary of CHF 100,000, the fee is CHF 8,000. It applies only after a successful placement.

For the AI-supported features we use Mistral AI via its European API endpoint. Approvals and selection decisions remain with the people involved. Read our privacy notice.

What does RheinTalent cost for candidates?+

Registration and use are free for candidates. Costs arise solely for the company when a placement is successfully completed.

What benefit do candidates receive after a successful placement?+

After a successful placement, you choose between a CHF 900 bonus and personal career mentoring. Mentoring is being introduced as a guided pilot.

How much is the placement fee for companies?+

Companies pay 8 per cent of the contractually agreed fixed gross annual salary, up to a maximum of CHF 12,500. The fee is only payable after a successful placement. There is no minimum fee.

Can companies publish vacancies free of charge?+

Yes. Companies can register free of charge and publish vacancies free of charge until 31 December 2026. A placement fee is only payable when a role is successfully filled through RheinTalent. From 2027, an annual membership tiered by company size is planned. Final terms will be communicated before launch.

Candidates can explore opportunities discreetly. Companies initially see an anonymised profile. Personal details are only shared after you accept a contact request. You can also block individual companies.
