Note: beta operation
RheinTalent is in beta operation. The platform and its AI models are ready for use and may be used normally; real details are welcome. Beta operation lasts until the incorporation of RheinTalent GmbH is complete.
All data entered is retained. Profiles, job postings and company details do not need to be re-entered when live operation begins.
No payments are processed through the platform; invoices are issued manually. No actual placement contracts are concluded. The fees shown apply to live operation.
These terms govern use of the RheinTalent platform, operated by RheinTalent GmbH i. G., Bahnhofstrasse 7, FL-9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein (hereinafter «RheinTalent»). RheinTalent GmbH is currently being incorporated («i. G.» — in formation). By registering, candidates and employers accept these terms in full.
RheinTalent is a platform for discreet career placement. Candidates create an anonymised profile; employers can view it through a secure, non-public profile link sent to them and submit a contact request. A placement only comes about after express consent from both sides (double opt-in).
Companies can register free of charge and publish vacancies free of charge up to and including 31 December 2026. From 2027 an annual membership tiered by company size is envisaged. The definitive terms will be communicated and agreed contractually before it is introduced. Activation and invoicing are handled manually by RheinTalent for the time being. The placement fee (clause 4) is independent of this.
On a successful placement (the candidate takes up the position) a placement fee of 8 % of the agreed annual salary is invoiced. It is borne by the employer. If the candidate leaves during the probation period (3 months, the Liechtenstein standard), the fee is refunded on a sliding scale: 80 % if the contract ends in month 1, 60 % in month 2, 40 % in month 3. On a successful placement the job seeker may choose between a reward of CHF 900 and mentoring — personal career support. Confidential content from the career support is not passed on to employers.
Candidates remain anonymous towards employers until they give express consent. Name, email and phone number are never passed on without consent. Details of the data processing are set out in the privacy policy.
RheinTalent accepts no liability for the success of a placement, for the suitability of candidates or employers, or for damage arising from use of the platform, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability is limited to the statutory framework applicable in Liechtenstein.
Candidates and employers can delete their account themselves in the profile area (email confirmation required). Alternatively, a request to admin@rheintalent.li is sufficient. Self-deletion is blocked while a placement or probation period is running. RheinTalent reserves the right to block accounts without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.
The law of the Principality of Liechtenstein applies. The place of jurisdiction is Schaan, Liechtenstein. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction at the user’s domicile takes precedence where mandatory statutory provisions so require.
