RheinTalent for recruiters and job platforms

Use recruiting AI. Keep responsibility clear.

RheinTalent combines AI-supported profile development and purpose matching with human decisions. We adapt this working platform to a clearly defined recruitment process. The project covers data processing, controls and the evidence needed for that use.

What already works

  • Private profile development for candidates and companies through AI-supported conversations.
  • Editable purpose results with separate confirmation and publication.
  • Purpose and skill assessments with explanations and missing information clearly identified.
  • Candidate-controlled contact sharing and human decisions.

For your recruitment process

For recruiters, specialist job platforms and companies testing a defined recruitment workflow. We examine your use case and existing system first. This determines whether integration, a separate instance or RheinTalent itself fits.

From profiles to a better conversation

Candidate: contribution and impact

I make technical processes understandable so teams can solve problems independently.

Company: contribution and impact

We simplify workshop processes so people can work more safely and independently.

Conversation preparation

Shared theme: understandable processes and independent teams. Open question: How much time does the role allow for training and knowledge sharing?

An editorial example using fictional profiles, not a measured AI result. People retain the hiring decision.

Existing services for implementation

Agentic Engineering

We define the workflow and adapt AI support and integration. RheinTalent provides working product components. Scope, responsibilities, evidence and acceptance criteria are agreed before implementation.

Private AI Knowledge Hub - optional

Protected knowledge access can add internal policies and expertise. This separately agreed service never automatically transfers candidate data into a shared knowledge pool.

AI transformation and fractional support

We support leadership and teams with adoption, workflows and ongoing responsibility. Tasks, capacity and collaboration are agreed for your project.

EU AI Act: responsibility from the start

We plan intended use, human oversight, data processing and technical evidence together. The provider remains responsible for the required conformity assessment. We disclose available and missing evidence for your product version and role. Risk and quality management are being expanded. This page does not claim complete conformity.

The regional Mistral EU endpoint is configured for product AI. Processing chains and conditions are documented for each use. Inference location, account metadata, email and backups require separate checks.

How collaboration starts

  1. Define the process and intended use.
  2. Compare existing functions, data and required adaptations.
  3. Run a limited, paid pilot with agreed criteria.
  4. Decide on operation, licensing scope and further adoption.

A specific proposal defines scope, price, potential funding and operating costs. Eligibility and available allocations are checked before commissioning. RheinTalent recruitment fees do not price these services.

Questions about the platform offer

How is the EU AI Act addressed?

We examine intended use, provider and deployer roles, controls and version-bound evidence. We plan the internal control procedure for the recruitment use considered. This is not prior authorisation by the AI Office. Formal completion remains outstanding.

Does RheinTalent make hiring decisions?

No. These functions support profile development and matching. People make the decisions. Technical quality checks remain part of implementation.

Is this a new applicant tracking system?

Not necessarily. We start with a defined workflow and examine integration with your existing system.

Is white-label deployment already available?

Customer-specific deployment is assessed within the project. General multi-tenancy, unrestricted white-label use and a public API are not promised standard products.

Who carries responsibility?

Provider and deployer responsibilities are defined for each use and contract. RheinTalent does not automatically assume every obligation of your company.

What does getting started cost?

Existing services and EDIH terms provide the starting point. Your proposal defines scope, price, potential funding and operating costs.
