How RheinTalent came to life
An earlier idea, a mastermind group and four different perspectives became a new regional recruitment service.

RheinTalent did not begin with a finished business plan. It began with a question: Could recruitment in Liechtenstein and the Alpine Rhine Valley work better if technology did more than sort CVs and instead helped people express their abilities and motivation more clearly?
The story goes back to the summer of 2024. The idea remained in the background until it resurfaced in the KMU-Tools mastermind group in 2026. On 26 March, Alexander Jeeves, Manuel Pfiffner, Zeno John and Hartmut Hübner turned the first sketch into a concrete project during a joint workshop.
Four perspectives, one shared project
The idea for RheinTalent took shape within the KMU-Tools mastermind group, bringing together four different perspectives:
- Alexander Jeeves contributes experience from the financial sector, a network in Liechtenstein and a clear view of the market and business model.
- Manuel Pfiffner contributed his experience from the IT sector and a practical view of infrastructure and technical feasibility. As part of the mastermind group, he helped shape the RheinTalent idea.
- Zeno John works on rapid software prototypes and on making new AI-supported development approaches useful in practice.
- Hartmut Hübner is responsible for AI architecture, product development and project coordination.
These different viewpoints did not produce another anonymous job board. From the outset, the shared conviction was that a strong professional match requires technical fit, but also motivation, values, trust and a realistic understanding of the working environment.
RheinTalent is intended to be founded as a joint venture between Jeeves Group and MMIND.ai. Manuel Pfiffner helped develop the idea as part of the mastermind group but will not hold an interest in the new company.
Why a regional solution?
Liechtenstein, the Alpine Rhine Valley and neighbouring Eastern Switzerland form a closely connected labour market. Distances are short, industries are varied and personal networks matter. Yet skills and professional aspirations often remain invisible when a profile consists only of job titles and keywords.
RheinTalent starts there. Talent can create a profile free of charge and initially remain anonymous. Companies describe the open role and the context in which someone will work. Direct contact begins only after the talent agrees.
What makes RheinTalent different
AI with a clear role. Technology helps build profiles, suggests transferable skills and explains why a connection may fit. It does not make the decision for the people involved.
Purpose matching as a basis for conversation. A guided interview makes motivation, values and desired impact visible. Models such as Ikigai and the Golden Circle provide orientation without imposing a fixed judgement on a person.
Personal guidance when requested. RheinTalent works with experienced leaders from the region. In June 2026, Hartmut Hübner and Alexander Jeeves met Otto Frommelt to discuss how mentoring should work. We are delighted that Otto will contribute his many years of mentoring experience to RheinTalent. You can read more in Why RheinTalent believes in mentoring. The mentoring service will be introduced gradually as a guided pilot.
A transparent model. RheinTalent is free for candidates. Companies can publish vacancies free of charge and only pay for a successful placement: 8% of the contractually agreed fixed gross annual salary, with a minimum fee of CHF 5,000 and a maximum of CHF 12,500.
Build, test and listen
The way RheinTalent is being developed is part of the story. The team did not want to perfect the idea on paper for years. A working prototype should reveal early what genuinely helps talent and companies. RheinTalent is therefore being tested with people and companies from the region and developed step by step.
The direction remains clear: technology should prepare better conversations. It should make connections visible and reduce unnecessary barriers. Trust, curiosity and the decision to work together remain human.
