Why this works at this price

AI does the groundwork. People decide.

Structuring roles and profiles, mapping competencies, explaining potential fit — this is where traditional agencies spend most of their hours. It is exactly where we use AI, and it is why the fee is 8 rather than 15–25 per cent.

For the AI-supported features we use Mistral AI via its European API endpoint. Approvals and selection decisions remain with the people involved. Read our privacy notice.

The platform and database run in a self-managed environment at Hetzner in the EU.

Controlled AI access

AI services are connected exclusively on the server. Access keys never reach the browser.

What does RheinTalent cost for candidates?+

Registration and use are free for candidates. Costs arise solely for the company when a placement is successfully completed.

What benefit do candidates receive after a successful placement?+

Successfully placed candidates can choose between a CHF 900 bonus and mentoring – personal career guidance – with an experienced leader from the region. Mentoring is being introduced as a guided pilot.

How much is the placement fee for companies?+

Companies pay 8 per cent of the contractually agreed fixed gross annual salary, up to a maximum of CHF 12,500. The fee is only payable after a successful placement. There is no minimum fee.

Can companies publish vacancies free of charge?+

Yes. Companies can register free of charge and publish vacancies free of charge until 31 December 2026. A placement fee is only payable when a role is successfully filled through RheinTalent. Is RheinTalent less expensive than a traditional recruitment agency?+

Published Swiss comparison models range, for example, from 14 to 20 per cent of annual salary. RheinTalent charges 8 per cent and caps the fee at CHF 12,500. The exact saving depends on the comparison model and annual salary.

How is my profile protected?+

Candidates can explore opportunities discreetly. Companies initially see an anonymised profile. Personal details are only shared after you accept a contact request. You can also block individual companies.
